"ArtBuy" is an app that helps people who want to buy artworks in the gallery. It creates a simple way for buyers to learn the artwork information and its market’s value.
"ArtBuy" is an app that helps people who want to buy artworks in the gallery. It creates a simple way for buyers to learn the artwork information and its market’s value, which can help the audience have the best price.
The target audience is those people who are their first time buying the artworks in the gallery. The user journey has three parts, which are "be interested in some artworks," "doing researches about the artworks," and " the gallery tour."
Research and Survey
During the survey and research, the pain points appear on the research part. It shows that it is so hard for people to get information about the artworks and do the compare works by themselves.
The total number of people who took the survey is 212. There are 81% of people in the survey feel spending a reasonable price to buy artwork, and finding the price which fits its value, are so difficult.

How to help individuals whose first time to buy artworks in the gallery?
Solution
A simple way for buyers to learn the artwork information and its market’s value, which can help audience have the best price.
Emma is an Architect, and she loves all kinds of artwork a lot. However, she is a newbie in buying artworks. She can’t sure the price and the value of the artworks. She doesn’t know where to get help since she doesn’t have a lot of experience of buying artworks in the gallery. So she opens Artbuy.

After Emma opens the app, she can browse the artworks the app recommended for her. It has different parts in the app, such as the “Today’s New” and recommendation part.

When Emma gets interested in one artwork, she can click it to get more information about the artwork.

In the artwork page, the app will provide Emma the detailed information on the artwork, which can help her understand the artwork, even its concept, background, and value, etc.
The most important part of this app is, the app will share the price fluctuations of the artwork, and it will make the prediction for the artwork based on the comprehensive data, such as the artwork’s value, artist’s evaluation, and so on. Not only the price fluctuation, but the app will also provide the suggested trading price range to help Emma make the decision.
After reading the price part, Emma can also read the evolution fo the artwork to get detailed information to see if the artwork is worth buying.

Emma can click the artist to learn more information about the artist and to view the artist's other artworks.
Contact Page
Emma can pick the most suitable gallery for themselves, and different galleries have different prices in the world. After she chooses the gallery, she can contact the gallery directly by themselves and start the later business.
Message
All the messages can be read from the homepage, and Emma can contact multiple galleries with different artworks.
Search
Emma can also search for the specific artwork and get detailed information about the artwork.
